A CHALLENGING JOB CONTENT

• You select and contact potential suppliers of active ingredients and tollers (manufacturers).
• You follow up from the development process to the commercial production.
• You evaluate the capability and capacity of possible suppliers and tollers on different aspects.
• You negotiate and establish supply agreements with new suppliers and tollers and ensure that our quality and performance standards are respected.
• You build up and maintain sustainable partnerships with suppliers/tollers.
• You assist and support the Asia Development Manager with the sourcing of current active ingredients and tollers.
• You continuously look for opportunities to expand our sourcing network and to de-risk our supply chain (fe dual sourcing).
• You look for opportunities to reduce the cost of goods.
• You report to the Head of Supply Chain at the headquarters in Belgium.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Master degree in a relevant domain or have experience in a similar function.
• You have the technical or chemical background to evaluate if suppliers/tollers have the capabilities to fulfil our product specifications.
• You have strong communication skills in speech and in written; You are native Chinese and speak fluently English.
• You have strong negotiation skills and can create impact during meetings. You have a good business acumen and a hands-on mentality.
• Frequent travelling will be necessary.
• You must be eligible to work in Hangzhou.
